Our Solution

• Hybrid retrieval pipeline: Combined dense embeddings with sparse BM25 for optimal recall across legal terminology
• PII redaction layer: Real-time entity recognition and masking before any data reaches the LLM
• Multi-tenant isolation: Role-based access control ensuring users only see documents they're authorized to access
• Citation tracking: Every AI response includes exact source references with page numbers and timestamps
• Audit logging: Comprehensive tracking of all queries, retrievals, and generations for compliance review
• On-premises deployment: Entire system runs within their existing VPC with no external data exfiltration

Results
